The client was a social change organisation in the early stages of scaling up. They wanted outside perspectives around how their approach to talent management - specifically how to devise an approach to performance management and talent mobility that aligned closely with the needs of the organisation.
I acted as a thought partner to the Director of People and gave him advice and shared best practice around talent management. This included how to design a robust performance management framework, how to improve talent mobility within their organisation, and how to implement all of this successfully so that the changes stick.
